(More customer reviews)I was excited to get a fan that ran on batteries for so cheap.Well I guess you get what you pay for.In order to put the batteries in you have to unfold the stand, in doing so the plastic hinges snap off.I had bought two of these and both of them did the same thing.Its not like they just wore out over time, they broke on the very first unfolding.The fan did work and push out a good amount of air.If your not concerned about using the stand then go for it and buy it, it does have a handle that can be hung in a window.
