(More customer reviews)I ordered this fan back in April 2009 and when it arrived I loved it. The first one lasted for two months and just stopped working (It would not even power on). I contacted the vendor and they promptly replaced the fan, so I was pleased with their customer service. However, after less than a month of using the new fan, it stopped oscillating.I will contact the vendor again, but this is unacceptable quality for a fan that is this expensive.
