(More customer reviews)The 16 inch fan keeps the air circulating better than a ceiling fan. In warmer weather with the fan going and the windows open the apartment is pleasantly cool and comfortable. I live in the Pacific NW and have a large studio apartment. It keeps the entire living, dining area very comfortable. I've ordered an second one for the kitchen area.It is extremely quiet and efficient. Being wall mounted just below ceiling level,the air from it will not blow directly on your food cooling it quickly as a ceiling fan would. Storage is unnecessary, it remains on the wall year round leaving floor space free, with no cords to trip over. Great product and great price!
