(More customer reviews)This Broan-Nutone 690NT worked well to replace the existing fan unit in my downstairs bathroom.Overall dimensions fit but the mounting holes were not a direct match and I had to drill a couple more to install completely.Hence, the four star rating and not five.This product is well worth the purchase and took me about 30 minutes to install including the modifications.If you do not mind working on your own household electrical appliances this is a great purchase.
